Show Battery:
1 size AA with a + sign (charge) and a - sign (charge).

Tell:
Batteries are a source of man-made energy.  For example, a flashlight can use energy from batteries to produce light. You were born with a natural form of bioenergy (a healing energy).  Your natural energy comes from countless tiny cells, so small they can be seen only under a microscope. Like a man-made battery, every cell in your body has a plus (+ charge) and a minus (- charge).

Exercise 1 (Rapidly Building Your High Energy)
  • Briskly rub your hands together in a circular motion (as if you were coming in from the cold,)
  • As soon as you feel any friction, gradually move your hands one inch apart, still continuing the circular motion (palms still facing each other.)
  • Close your eyes and enjoy the new feeling (warmth, tingling friction and/or the sensation that your hands are being pulled together or being pushed away from each other).
  • When you become aware of a powerful feeling between the palms of your hands, pretend you are holding a heavy object between your hands.
  • Move that powerful feeling to your right and to your left.
  • Have fun with the powerful feeling to make it more powerful.
  • Move your arms as if you were leading an orchestra or pitching a baseball.
  • Move your feet from side to side as if you were dancing.
  • In other words, have fun with the powerful feeling as you increase your energy.

Comment:

Look at your hands.  Notice how the color becomes pink or even red.  As you were charging up your energy, you were increasing your circulation.

Later, if you practice often, you will learn how you can use this energy to minimize (or stop completely) many different kinds of reactions.  You will also discover that you can change your blood pressure and your pulse rate, clear a headache, and deal with many other physical ailments.
