Sunbathing is not recommended for anyone subject to allergies.
However, since the sun cannot always be avoided, these
remedies may help to protect exposed or overexposed skin.
Thoroughly
mix 1 cup buttermilk and strained juice of 2 fresh tomatoes.
Apply to the affected area. Rinse in shower. To relieve
sunburn, make a paste of 1/2 cup baking soda, a pinch of salt, and a
few drops of water. Spread gently over affected areas.
Rinse in tepid bath when paste dries.
